This house is in a great location on the South Shore of Kauai in Poipu Beach, within a short walking distance to sandy beaches, Kukuiula & Poipu Shopping Villages and adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Course. Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling.
Enjoy mountain views from this 3-bedroom/3-bath home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 6 guests. The entire home has a sleek and modern design, open living space and upscale kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. Bedrooms are bright and airy. There are two primary suites each with a king bed, and a guestroom with a double bed & twin bed. There is an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a private backyard and oversized outdoor living space in the front and back. Shared driveway with the neighboring guest home (2 vehicle maximum for the main house). We are pleased to offer this as a new vacation rental.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance. Should you need to guarantee additional time in the unit, we do suggest booking the additional night to accommodate this.
Destination Kauai is a locally owned and family operated company. We offer contactless check-in for a seamless arrival. A 15% deposit is due at the time of booking. Refundable security deposit applies. We are committed to clean - this unit is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for every guest arrival.
Additional guests and gatherings are not allowed.
We recommend enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided.
For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).
