Just 1/2 mile to the renowned Poipu Beach: great for swimming and snorkeling.

Main House - Enjoy mountain views from this 3-bedroom/3-bath home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 6 guests. The entire home has a sleek and modern design, open living space and upscale kitchen for preparing your favorite meals. Bedrooms are bright and airy. Enjoy the comfort of Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and the main living area. There are two primary suites each with a king bed, and a guestroom with a double bed & twin bed. There is an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a private backyard and oversized outdoor living space in the front and back.
Guest House - Enjoy mountain views from this 2-bd/1-ba home, the perfect vacation spot for up to 4 guests. One flight of stairs leads to this single level guest home. There is a full kitchen, spacious lanai, full size W/D on ground level, and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and TV; and the guest bedroom has two twin sized beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This is a strictly non-smoking property.
Starting 1/1/2024 - The Poipu Beach Athletic Club Membership is included and is only about 1 mile walk or 3 minute drive. There you will find a pool with a waterslide & waterfalls, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, cardio & weight rooms, basketball & shuffleboard. Enjoy food & drinks at the Cabana Bar & Grill, or take a fitness class (additional costs).

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We are not able to grant early check-ins and/or later check-outs in advance. Should you need to guarantee additional time in the unit, we do suggest booking the additional night to accommodate this.

We recommend enjoying the beautiful outdoors that Kaua'i has to offer. But if you need to stay connected, free wireless internet is provided.
For your convenience, we do provide some beach gear for your use: beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels. We also provide a starter supply of amenities and toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, detergents).
