Jeremy & Kristen Smith

We are deeply rooted in the Kaua’i community and are passionate about building and maintaining lasting relationships as we guide customers on their real estate journey because here, everyone is family.” Jeremy has called Kaua’i his home for over 20 years, becoming a Realtor in 2006, then starting his own real estate brokerage in 2015 offering services in real estate sales and short-term vacation rental management. As a Kaua’i native, Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii and spent over 5 years in hotel management before moving back to Kaua’i and joining Jeremy in the real estate and property management field in 2018. Knowledge, reliability, and dedication are the qualities that contribute to the success of this team.
Business aside, Jeremy & Kristen are big supporters of their children’s activities and enjoy coaching their youth sports teams. They often spend time together as a family with their dog at the beach, camping, and traveling.
Markus Reiprich
Markus was born in Berlin, Germany. Attracted from a young age to the world of business, he earned his state-certified degree in Economics and Information before going on to follow his entrepreneurial aspirations. He launched his first successful venture, a cleaning company, in the early 90s, and then went on to become a branch manager in a retail business. In 2001, he moved up to become the general manager, even taking on partial ownership in the company. Through a combination of business strategy and active involvement, he expanded the business to ten times the previous value.
An explorer at heart and world traveler, Markus and his wife moved to Kauai in 2014. His wife had previously called Kauai home, and Markus was excited to make a radical change to island life. Continuing to work as a consultant to businesses in Germany, he has since moved on to the vacation rental business, acting as a managing partner for Destination Kauai.
