“The Makahuena” is located on the southernmost point of Kauai. This unique oceanside resort is situated on the edge of a bluff providing spectacular coastal views. This 2-bd/2.5-ba is a multi-level condo on the second story of the building, walking up stairs is required. Enter into the open living room with a full kitchen, open air lanai, guest half bath and indoor laundry for your convenience.
A brand-new split air conditioning system has recently been installed, providing air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms for year-round comfort.
On the second floor the primary bedroom is furnished with a King sized bed, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Neighborhood Notice: Construction or maintenance activity may occasionally occur on neighboring properties. Such work, if taking place during your stay, could result in temporary daytime noise or minor impacts to the surrounding views.
