Light and airy with a tropical feel, uniquely decorated with style, comfort, and relaxation in mind. This home offers you the main house with 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. A gourmet kitchen is equipped for preparing and enjoying your own meals. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall as you sip a cocktail poolside with your own private lagoon style pool. Access to the Poipu Kai community pool/hot tub and tennis courts are also included.
The bedrooms are equipped with split A/C units for your comfort. Primary bedroom: king size bed, ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub and stand up shower, large walk-in closet that doubles as a bonus baby room with a crib. Guest room: 2 twin beds. Guest room: queen size bed. There is one full common bathroom with a stand up shower. The open layout of a living area, lowered TV space, dining room, and dining patio create the perfect environment for spending time together. There is an indoor laundry room for your use.
NOTE : There is a separate studio 'Ohana' unit on the property (1ba studio w/kitchenette), which can also be rented for an additional 2 guests. If you decide to rent just the main house, the owner reserves the right to rent the guest house independently. There is NO indoor access between main house and guest house. Backyard & private pool area is exclusive to the renter of the main house.
